Wait, what? Why not just go with those with the lowest scores period? Why use an indirect test like that (which probably has as much to do with socioeconomic status anyway)?

Presumably mainly because it's satirical, but it'd also be a heck of a lot simpler to round people up all together at school than to pick them out one by one.

They were on a tight time schedule so it was this reason they used.
