It's because of Sourceforge's long spiral into uselessness. Google for the filename and you'll find a mirror.

I've mirrored the latest mac and windows versions of the djvu viewer, along with the original and converted versions of the book, here

I have converted it to plain text and PDF for everyone's convenience. I don't care much for DjVu, even though it is a better format, because I have a much nicer viewer that I use that lets me quickly annotate a PDF. For now you can download it from here (this probably won't stay up forever, though):

Thanks. I have a monthly transfer quota and I already come close. A big PDF might have pushed me over.
