A question, at what probability level should you go around saying "I believe in X"?
You should instead say "I believe X". "I believe in X" is too easy to confuse with "I like X". If you are able to introspect your probability level, you can say "I believe probability P: X".
Better to simply say "X" and leave no room for confusion whatever.
