Would you consider Alicorn trustworthy enough to determine whether or not the accounting is actually bullshit? She's going through the financial stuff right now, and I could ask her about any hidden fees the cryonauts on Less Wrong have been quiet about.
Um, I'm not a good person to go to for financial advice of any kind. Mostly I'm going to shop around until I find an insurance agent who isn't creepy and wants a non-crippling sum of money.
How can I estimate if Alicorn is trustworthy or not? Eliezer has been outright lying about cost of cryonics in the past.
A link or explanation would be relevant here.

I would link it if lesswrong had a reasonable search engine. It has not so feel free to spend an evening searching past articles about cost of cryonics.

Are you using the Google sidebar to search this site? It doesn't work for me, so I'm guessing it doesn't work for you? An alternative I prefer is doing Google searches with the 'site:lesswrong.com' term; the Googlebot digs deep enough into the site that it works well.
