Eliezer has been outright lying about cost of cryonics in the past.

I would link it if lesswrong had a reasonable search engine. It has not so feel free to spend an evening searching past articles about cost of cryonics.

Are you using the Google sidebar to search this site? It doesn't work for me, so I'm guessing it doesn't work for you? An alternative I prefer is doing Google searches with the 'site:lesswrong.com' term; the Googlebot digs deep enough into the site that it works well.
