Consequentialists, deontologists, and virtue ethicists don't really disagree on any major points in day to day life, just in crazy situations like trolley problems.

So, does the virtue ethicist push the fat man from the bridge?

Virtues don't add much to discussion about what you should or shouldn't do. Instead, I think they are useful in talking about what kind of person you should be, i.e. someone courageous enough to push the man iff that's the right action to take.
