And MWI is true. And Sly knows that it is true. If Sly has no relatives than B) of course. If he has, than he should charge you for murder, as court probably knows too that MWI is true.
EDIT: And if Sly thinks that his future experiences are based on Solomonoff prior, than he will charge you for attempted murder, as he has relatively big chance to end up mangled in not so least convenient possible world.
