(If we transform this grenade into a counterfactual mugging grenade that has an option to not be "probably lethal" conditional on Sly's refusing of $100, Sly has causal effect on whether he lives in the other branch. With a lethal-only quantum grenade, Sly is left with responsibility to consistently ban uses of the grenade, so he should refuse $100 and put charges anyway -- producing of such grenades is "sick".)
