"an identity of critical thinking" sounds awfully like the skeptics community to me. So I think it has been tried. Maybe "actively re-evaluate my opinions" is a new slogan, but I'm skeptical of the power of slogans to create actions, rather than just as clique-labels. In particular, labels of the form "I'm better than them because I do X" sound particularly dangerous.
