Request: someone make a fresh open thread, and someone else make a rationality thread. I'd do it myself, but I've already done one of each this year; each kind of thread is usually good for two or three karma, and it wouldn't be fair.
With the new discussion section, do we really need these recurring threads?
I don't know. Open threads strike me as a better structure for conversation.
Probably not the open thread, but I'd like the tradition of monthly rationality quotes threads to continue.
Personally I don't care about karma much, you can have my slice of the karma pie.
Perhaps put a note reminding other people that they can post them.
