From what I understand, the vitamin D 'bucket' can store more than a day's worth, so you could also take 15000 IU every 3 days. Does anyone know if this wouldn't work?
At this point we don't know enough about vitamin D to answer that question. There are reports of people who found that taking Vitamin D in the morning is better for them than taking it in the evening. That suggest that timing matters.
