What do yuo mean with "Omega"? E.g. Chaitin's Omega or large cardinals do not fit the remarks.

A being with the ability to predict the future with 100% (or near) accuracy and with arbitrarily-large power. LessWrongian for 'God', to a first approximation.
He also is not malicious and/or doesn't lie, which combined with his infallibility means you can trust whatever he tells you.
