A lot of people have asked why I deleted this post. The main reason was that I couldn't get the formatting right, but there was also an element of my courage failing at the last moment as to whether it was good enough or not.

If anyone is willing to help me format it correctly and re-submit it (fixing some of the errors that have been pointed out) I will be happy to do so. Just please do so quickly, since I am going on a trip for eight days tomorrow and will not have access to the internet.
