Well, there was http://lesswrong.com/r/discussion/lw/45u/a_rationalists_guide_to_psychoactive_drugs/, but I guess that was a bit less focused than "Smart Drugs: Which Ones to Use for What, and Why" was intended to be. (When I posted the grandparent I hadn't noticed the distinction.)
