YES. Something like:

"So Omega offers you a bagel, saying 'Here is a bagel. If this is a thought experiment, it is filled with fire-ant poison.' Do you eat it?!"

Absolutely! After all, eating fire-ant poison in a thought experiment is harmless, whereas in the real world I'd have a tasty bagel.
