Is it actually still region blocked? Comedy Central online worked for me when I was in Indonesia, with lots of ads.
Yes, it's blocked in Canada.
I'm quite aware that Canada has some odd regulations regarding access to foreign media, but I'm somewhat disturbed to learn that we're worse than Indonesia.
