When submitting a meetup, include country in "Where".

Coulldn't make June. Are we on for "last Saturday in the month" = 30th July, 2pm Delhi Cafe as usual? Nothing in the Wiki. Should I add an entry?

There is a button labeled "Add new meetup" but it is unclear how it is supposed to be used. Is it for regular meet ups? Is it for irregular meet ups? I plan to try it on Thursday 28th July.
