That depends a lot on what you're smoking and how much lifespan you have left.
Vaporizing weed is much less dangerous then living in an urban area, smoking any drug from pot to nicotine is almost always a stupid decision though even if you have a low amount of lifespan left because of the increased risk of short term infection decreasing your expected remaining lifespan.
