(Suggstion: Vote on likelihood ratios, not posterior probabilities. (I find it unlikely that this post deserves to be downvoted on its own merits. The continued political downvoting saddens me.))

Vladimir_Nesov correctly interpreted me in that thread. Everybody else just had a lot of fun taking turns talking about how I am bad at communication (bad at trying to communicate), as if that was something I didn't already have a detailed model of.
Well, to be fair he kind of is a rationalist hipster, for certain values of 'hipster'.
