Another thing to consider is what each organization plans to do with more money. SIAI's list of things they want more money for (last two pages of this) looked pretty good. No idea whether FHI has published something similar.

They want to hire more research staff. Last I heard $200,000 buys a 2 year appointment for a postdoc, including all salary and benefits, office space and support services, travel costs, etc. You can get a sense of the marginal hire by looking at past folk like Rafaela, Rebecca, Stuart, and Eric. From an existential risk point of view, some hits and some misses.
