Surely HPMOR counts, too?
The advantage of academic papers over HPMoR and the sequences is that other people can cite academic papers and be taken seriously.
EDIT: Again, the influence of HPMoR and the sequences is horrifically terrible to quantify. Perhaps there's some availability bias going on here in that citations are easier to count than converts.
No MoR than the Sequences, I'd guess.
