EY changed it in the published version to:
"The AI neither hates you, nor loves you, but you are made out of atoms that it can use for something else."
My favorite paraphrase is my own:
"The AI does not hate you, nor does it love you, but you are made of atoms it can use for something else."
I like the rhythm of this one best. It can be sung.
Let us walk together to the kirk, and all together pray, while each to our great AI bends — old men, and babes, and loving friends, and youths and maidens gay! :D
Whether the AI loves -- or hates, you cannot fathom, but plans it has indeed for your atoms.
