I doubt it. I'd bet that if someone else wrote it it would have less votes.

It's a slightly expanded version of a post that has already been made, and re-run and had yearly posts linking to it. It's fine to hear the same old story again but it doesn't deserve more than half a dozen votes. It mostly scrapes through because luke seems to be writing something of a sequence on the subject so this would fit more neatly into a link collection.
