The Center for AI safety and Centre for Friendly Artificial Intelligence research sound the most correct as of now.
If you wanted to aim for a more creative name, then here are some
Centre for Coding Goodness
Man's Best Friend Group (If the slightly implied sexism of "Man's" is Ok..)
The Artificial Angels Institute / Centre for Machine Angels - The angels word directly conveys goodness and superiority over humans, but due to its christian origins and other associated imagery, it might be walking a tight rope.
Naming your research institute after a pet dog reference and it is the non gender neutral word that seems like the problem?
They'll come for the dogs, they'll stay for the AI. :)
