I agree that something along the lines of "AI Safety" or "AI RIsk Reduction" or "AI Impacts Research" would be good. It is what the organization seems to be primarily about.

As a side-effect, it might deter folks from asking why you're not building AIs, but it might make it harder to actually build an AI.

I'd worry about funding drying up from folks who want you to make AI faster, but I don't know the distribution of reasons for funding.
