Social initiative enough to gather guinea pigs and run many practice trials of draft curriculum, while collecting data.

This seems like something that existing LW meetup groups could do. Perhaps you could send prototype lessons to meetup organizers who would be willing to participate?

Asking LW meetups to try out materials is worthwhile, but has a relatively large lag between ideas and results. Eliezer and Anna probably want someone who can test something within a day or two if it's high priority. Being able to iterate daily rather than weekly would be very useful.

Existing LW readers aren't the target audience - the first iteration is aimed at around say the level of the Silicon Valley startup crowd. (Note that you have to imagine yourself aiming lower than this target to successfully hit it.)
