Hard to be specific about the exact wetware patterns, but I think I can hear myself sounding like a salesman :).

Another signal is not recognizing any validity to opponent's argument (or 'recognizing' it just for show). Most of the time when you're "right" you should come to the conclusion that someone is very or even overwhelmingly wrong, but almost never completely wrong (unless the argument is purely mathematical).
