I see it now, but that's changed today. Anyway, this is already in the bug tracker.
It seems as though 'top contributors' has been sluggish lately - I've observed a few cases of changes in karma not affecting the list, where I saw it update immediately in the past. I also observed what Annoyance notes above.
ETA: also, there are several high-karma people who seem absent from the list for no apparent reason.
It's been reported. The sluggishness is due to caching, but there are too few people in the list and there are people with higher karma that are not being included.
