Which articles by Pinker, Samuels, and Stich were you thinking of, and which claims within them? I'm mostly familiar with why I think Gigerenzer's group's approach to normative rationality is wrong; I'm less familiar with Pinker, Samuels, and Stich on this topic.

Details here: Griffiths et al. (2012:27); Stanovich (2010, ch. 1); Stanovich and West (2003); Stein (1996). As of Todd et al. (2012), Gigerenzer still has no response to these criticisms.
