I've just uploaded an updated version of my comment scroller. Download here. This update makes the script work correctly when hidden comments are loaded (e.g. via the "load all comments" link). Thanks to Oscar Cunningham for prompting me to finally fix it!
Note: Upgrading on Chrome is likely to cause a "Downgrading extension error" (I'd made a mistake with the version numbers previously), the fix is to uninstall and then reinstall the new version. (Uninstall via Tools > Extensions)
For others who aren't using it: I wrote a small user script that allows you to jump through the green-bordered new comments quickly. More information here.

Very much a 101 question.... how do I download your program?
The program is a short snippet of code in your web browser that runs whenever you visit lesswrong.com. The precise method of installation depends on your web-browser:
Once you have got to this stage and clicked the link, a pop-up should appear asking if you want to install this script. It will probably have a warning about "this script can collect your data on lesswrong.com", this particular script is safe to install: it doesn't send any information anywhere (or even store anything for longer than you are viewing a specific page).
(I haven't been able to test it in Opera, Safari or Internet Explorer, so there is no guarantee that it will work correctly for them.)
