I think this is an awesome idea. What you think of making it web-based and public, so the focus would be on creating the best possible communal estimate, instead of the best possible individual estimate?
I think that's a great idea. We could offer it as a web-based individual tool and then apply some sort of analysis to the results to come up with the data we might need to offer guidance in decision theory.
