I'm Xom#1203 on Diablo 3. I have a lvl 60 Barb and a lvl ~35 DH. I'm willnewsome on chesscube.com, ShieldMantis on FICS. I like bullet 960 but I'm okay with more traditional games too. Currently rated like 2100 on chesscube, 1600 or something on FICS. Rarely use FICS. I'd like to play people who are better than me, gives me incentive to practice.
Are there really so few chess players on LW? 0_o

Oh sweet, chess.com used to be only correspondence games. I'll probably get an account there, it'll probably be called "willnewsome", add me if you wish. ETA: Done.
It might be: there are few chess players on LW who read the open threads and also are willing to commit the time/have the desire to play an (essentially) random person from the internet.
Not gaming related, but I've got a question that seems like it would appeal to you above.
