True, but if a Utopia isn't giving you what you want, it must at least give you something better. And I suspect that between two activities that you'll find fun, the one which you are desiring will feel more fun.

Sometimes it can be fun to discover things for yourself, but I'd get irritated if I had to figure out everything for myself, much like I'd be irritated if I had to farm and cook and build for myself all the time. There may be a balance to be had, but I think it should be defined by desires. Perhaps I would actually have more fun trying to solve a problem than just having the answer told to me, but I can guarantee you that I would be very irritated if I was forced into spending time solving a problem I didn't want to solve; I value my freedom.
