From the timing of this, I'm guessing you won't be able to make much use of folks starting full-time school in the fall (say, mid-September). How long does someone need to be free to do this for the hiring effort to be worth it?
I didn't have a specific time in mind, but I'd like to avoid turn over as much as possible. As such individuals who are likely to stick around for longer are preferred.
