I don't know what the reproduction rate would look like if there were no aging. It's very hard to tell what proportion of people like raising children, or whether people would want to keep raising children after the first few, or how much they'd want to keep raising children if they won't need anyone to take care of them as they get old. Or for that matter, whether raising children would be so much easier with future tech that the prospect would be more attractive for more people.
