What if I place 0 value (or negative value (which is probably what I really do, but what I wish I did was to put zero value on it)) on the kind of satisfaction or peace of mind the Nazis get from knowing the Jews are suffering?
Interesting. I am not sure if one can have a consistent version of utilitarianism where one unpacks the reasons for one's satisfaction and weigh them separately.
