For those who really want to discuss interpretations of probability, I will address that in a later essay.

Sorry about that! I'm really behind on writing right now, and probably will be for at least the next month as I work on a submission to NIPS (http://nips.cc/). I have a few other writing things to catch up on before this, but still hope to get to it eventually.
