I put the checklist into an Anki deck a week or two ago that I've been reviewing (as cloze deletions). Subjectively it seems to have helped the relevant concepts come more readily to mind, although that could just be the CFAR workshop (though we didn't talk about the checklist then and some of the ideas in the checklist, like social commitment mechanisms, weren't otherwise explicitly mentioned).
