I'm no longer in my teens (I'm 31), but I think this is a great idea, and if I can be of any help, let me know. Are you interested only in teenagers for now, or "old" people who are willing to help are interesting for you too ?
24, I would also be willing to help. Several people seem concerned that special effort to reach out to teenagers and help them address their problems will interfere with the status-quo style and quality of less wrong. I would encourage being sure that isn't the case, and explaining why. If it would require current users to wade through teenage problems, I would vote not to do that.
