Actually, and this is quite surprising to me, it doesn't (very much). According to Hacker Factor's Gender Guesser, assuming a genre of 'formal', Submitter A reads as a 'Weak MALE' and Submitter B reads as a 'Weak FEMALE'. Either way, it isn't very obvious based on the writing style. Although, both writers seem to be of European descent.
