Does agreeing to display my name in the public donor list help the SI in any way?
It helps people like me, who look at it almost like a competition. The more people competing ,the merrier.
Yeah, I wanted to catch Jaan Tallinn on the Top Donors page to prove some random middle-class person could do better charity than the rich types, but he keeps pulling further ahead and I dropped a couple places in the rankings :-/ Gotta work harder!
