How about instead of outright censorship, such discussions be required to be encrypted, via double-rot13?
Rot13 applied twice is just the original text...

In light of the above getting upvotes, I'm not sure if it's the "whoosh" of double-rot13 going over your head as I originally thought, or if it's indicating intended sarcasm going over my head, or some other meaning not readily obvious to me (inferential distance and all that.)
