Consider adding something like "in return for donating $X to Y you will get a detailed reason for why your post was deleted."
A (short) reason should be common courtesy except for spam and egregious trolls.
EDIT: Assuming this sort of thing is low enough volume not to substantially add to the work the deleter does in deleting posts.

This is my attempt to codify the informal rules I've been working by.
I'll leave this post up for a bit, but strongly suspect that it will have to be deleted not too long thereafter. I haven't been particularly encouraged to try responding to comments, either. Nonetheless, if there's something I missed, let me know.
