Do you mean CEV_(mankind)?
CEV_(mankind) is a compromise utility function (that some doubt even contains anything) that is different from your own utility function.
Why on earth would I ever voluntarily choose a different utility function, out of a mixture of other human utility functions, over my own? I already have one that fits me perfectly by definition - my own.
If you meant CEV_(Kawoomba), then it wouldn't change the outcome of that particular decision. Maybe refer to the definition here?
I refer to CEV(mankind), which you claim contradicts CEV(Kawoomba). An agent that thinks it should be maximizing CEV_(mankind) (such as myself) would have no such difficulty, obviously.
