Awesome, I'm creating my own recipe based off of yours.
Do you mix all of your ingredients together, including the chicken and the supplements?
No. If you look at an entry under Edward, you'll find a function for how the value is calculated. The function tells you the ingredients.
I don't mix pills/tablets into the shake because they don't mix. Salt does mix. This is also a slightly dated recipe due to weird texture/taste combinations making the shake inedible. (add more water)
Chicken tastes like shit in a shake from recent experience.
