Not having come from the discussion post, I'm a bit confused as to who 'you' are and what role you (or your organization) plays. I know you've stated that you're trying to remain anonymous, but I'd like to know some of the basic facts: do you do these evaluations for profit and how are you funded?
Yes, we are for-profit. Most grants stipulate that some proportion of the grant money be spent on an evaluation of the project.
