This is nonsense.
Is the userbase comfortable labelling the seymour_results account a troll? If people still take the account seriously then there is obviously false information being flung about that requires correction. But from my perspective this reply triggered my 'do not feed' instincts so I suspect it may be time to revert to "downvote and ignore" as a harm minimisation tactic.
