Y'know, that was a fun game when sites like Slashdot first started to implement a karma system -- it was all new and shiny and of course people wanted to see how do you break one of those.

Hint: that was long time ago. By now negative karmawhoring is strictly in the domain of a certain class of creatures which are not known for the smarts or good hair styling.
