Did Wakefield ever admit his MMR & autism paper was a fraud? I know he's acknowledged taking blood samples from children without complying with ethical guidelines, and failing to disclose a conflict of interest, but I don't recall him saying the paper's results were BS.

No, I was completely mistaken about this case. For some reason I thought that the 12 children didn't even exist.

I should add that although you were mistaken about the details, I basically agree with your example. Plenty of people still reckon vaccines cause autism.
