Don't you mean you reject it? (The repugnant conclusion involves preferring large numbers of not-as-good lives to smaller numbers of better lives.)
The Repugnant Conclusion is as you say. Perhaps RomeoStevens was accepting that the decision he made is repugnant to the author?
